I come from the operations side. 6 years running remote-first technical projects for Series A-C companies across LATAM and the US. My specialty: taking operations that look like controlled chaos and giving them a system that actually works, without adding bureaucracy.
At Milltech I design the MOS framework and lead the diagnostic for every new client. My obsession: that the owner walks out of the first call knowing something concrete about their business they didn't know going in.
