What is decision engineering?

It's the method that combines operational diagnostic, business judgment, and artificial intelligence to design how your company decides every week. Unlike traditional consulting, which delivers a PDF, or BI, which only shows data, decision engineering builds a system that automates repetitive decisions and frees the owner from being a bottleneck.

What is the MOS (Maturity of Operations Score)?

It's a proprietary framework by Milltech that measures the operational maturity of an SMB across 7 critical dimensions (Core Processes, Tech Stack, Systems Integration, Automation, People Dependency, Visibility & Metrics, Change Capacity) and returns a 1–5 score. It's the foundation on which we design each company's decision system.

Do you use AI in what you do?

Yes. But we don't sell it as a pitch. We use it inside the system, to accelerate diagnostics, generate reports, and build decision agents when it applies. You buy clarity, not technology.

How is this different from traditional consulting or BI?

Traditional consulting delivers a PDF and walks away. BI shows you data without telling you what to do. We stay week after week, give you a MOS score based on real data from Argentine SMBs, and push concrete decisions, not opinion.

Do I need clean data before starting?

No. The diagnostic is done on the operation as it is. If your data is chaos, that's part of what we measure in the MOS "Visibility and Metrics" dimension.

What size companies do you work with?

Argentine SMBs between 10 and 150 employees, with at least 3 years of operation. Below that we don't apply MOS; above it the framework still works but the approach changes.

What happens after the 45-minute diagnostic?

We tell you honestly if we can help and why. If we move forward, we discuss how and set up a MOS audit. If not, you save yourself the runaround. The diagnostic is worth it on its own.

Does the initial operational diagnostic cost anything?

No. The 45-minute operational diagnostic is free, with no commitment and no forced proposal at the end. If we're not the right fit for your business, we tell you on the first call. Handled directly by one of the founders, not a sales rep.
